Guest guest
Dear colleagues, update on the "Mock Trial" that I and the Gatti Law Firm is putting on March 6, 2010 9am - 12pm. Western States has been kind enough to move us to the larger Hampton Hall Lecture Room #1 which holds 148. The law firm is just about to send out the second mailing notification for the mock trial however we are currently at 138 so there is 10 seats left provided of course that everyone who signed up, shows up. Point being if you have been considering coming don't delay sign up now and respond to this email or call me at 541-231-4528. I leave early tomorrow morning for Washington DC to twist some arms, legs, and if necessary other body parts as per our patient federal issues so I may have a slight delay getting back to you but I will.... The example case we will be using and the exhibits I will use during my "mock testimony" will be a real case and my exhibits the very same I will have just used four days earlier in court...so it will be the "real deal" and I believe interesting and informative. Following the mock trial I will run through the basic "what to do and not do when in the courtroom." Cheers, Vern Saboe
