Guest guest
Anyone using Welchol instead of CSM? In my reading they seem to do similar thing. There is a yellow dye in CSM that is listed as an allergen to some people with food allergies, so thinking about trying Welchol.

Guest guest
Bobby, I think I was told to wait a half hour or more before a meal but when I have a nice steak, I have it with the meal. heheheh I figure I'll head off the saturated fat. I found below on chlorella. I know chloropyll in general, green in all plants, helps to detoxify. I wonder if this is just an excellent source of chlorophyl? Don't know but here is link to chlorella and neurotoxins, saying take it a half hour before taking cilantro, similar description of absorbing from bile: http://www.defeatautismyesterday.com/KlinghartNeurotoxinProtocol.htm --- In , " biotoxicblues " <B.Delory@...> wrote: > > Howdy, > > With meals. Guest guest
Leigh, Yes, I'm staying away from algaes, etc, trying to follow Dr Marinkovich's mold-survivors diet, so no molds, algaes or their toxins. I was saying though it may just be a good source of chlorophll as chlorophyll is an excellent detoxer and it just comes from dark green vegetables, etc. > > Barb, > Be careful with chlorella as it is lake algae. > Robin >
Guest guest
barb--sorry I misunderstood. It seems the treatment is as bad as the disease.
