Congratulations on your 4 week pics, Ann! You are doing great!

I just took my 4 week pics and measurements, too. Nothing mindblowing

in either one for me, but bumping up my calories by around 200/day

actually let me lose 4 lbs of body fat and gain a pound of muscle, so

hurray for the good advice I received from and Co. at the

beginning of this challenge regarding muscle gain. My only gripe is

that I lost another half inch off my already negligible chest. :P

Looking good, Maggie! I can't wait until I get to the point where

my mail goal is to JUST gain muscle. You've got to be down pretty

low in bodyfat % now....where are you at, if you don't mind me

asking?
