Guest guest
Michele, I *just* got my order of Designer Whey chocolate peanut caramel powder today from Vitamin Shoppe (what a deal!) and can't wait to try it. Have you tried the non-chocolate flavors? I'm due for some more vanilla soon. Maggie Designer Whey Protein Powder - cheap I use Designer Whey protein powder in chocolate & chocolate peanut caramel (something like that) and LOVE it. Until the end of the month www.vitaminshoppe.com (it's on sale at the stores too!) has the 5 pound tubs for 1/2 off. Normally $49.99 down to $24.99. They have other sizes available too but the 5 pound tub is a real money saver. Since my husband, who's a body builder, uses this also we go through it FAST! Per scoop it's very low in Calories (90), Fat (1.5 g), Carbs (2 g). I always use 1 1/2 scoops of powder, a 1/2 scoop of powdered milk and 1/2 of a frozen banana or maybe blueberries, raspberries, etc. And depending on the time of the day I add Udo's oil too. Yummy!
