That's too funny, Stacey! Congratulations! I've noticed that my

elder of my two cats, normally a total lap kitty, doesn't like to sit

on me much anymore. Maybe it's the same issue?

Dang it...I was hoping to let the week slide by without taking those.

There honestly hasn't been much change that I can see, but I just

zapped and uploaded a few pics to:

I'm only doing a half serving (2.5 g creatine) after weight training

days now after 5 days of the full 5 g dose. No dramatically visible,

Skwigg-like results, but I HAVE been able to lift a little bit more in

my UBWO this week, which is what I really wanted anyhow.
