Guest guest
We had a strange thing happen... We billed BCBS for a female patient who has the same last name as me. Strangely enough, her husband has the same FIRST name as me... So, BCBS denied all of her claims, because they thought I was her husband!! This begs an important question; can we treat our immediate family members (i.e. wife, kids, parents, siblings) as long as we keep chart notes, and they take up clinic time, and BILL insurance for those services? What do our Board members think? (:-) M. s, D.C.
