Dear Colleagues,

Yesterday's "Mock Trial" sponsored by "ICE PAC" was quite successful with 166 attendees. I would especially like to thank the Gatti Law firm for their involvement and specifically attorneys Jeff Thayer (Plaintiff attorney), Lyle Bosket (Defense attorney), Mike (Judge) Jennings, and Best! Again, when I say "sponsored by ICE PAC" I mean that the seminar was put on by me in hopes of gaining more ICE PAC contributors as per the presenters all including myself again were donating their time and expertise. So if you were present at this free seminar and are currently not a monthly ICE PAC contributors like 251 of your colleagues please start. Please consider just starting at the $25 per month level and by doing so you will add your shoulder to that big stone wheel that many of your colleagues have been pushing up that great hill nearing the top for quite sometime and we need your help. Help the profession continue to help you with positive legislative changes in the Oregon Legislature.

With that said I'd like to know how many would be interested in a Workers' Compensation Seminar everything you ever wanted to know on how to process Workers' Comp claims/patients. A review of the Law and all the rules, pitfalls of W/C and how to avoid them and lastly a review of the proactive legislation the Oregon Chiropractic Association is currently working on for the regular legislative session in Jan. 2011??

Interested??

This again would be another "ICE PAC" fund raiser with doctors new in practice 1-3 years free of charge, doctors 3-5 years minimum charge, and 6 years plus in practice another level charge (donation).

So, is their interest and what would be a reasonable (affordable) tuition fee? For 3-4 yrs in practice and 6+ years?

Post me off list if necessary I want your accurate feedback as in I like all of your are in no position to judge "others."

To the Continued Good Fight!!

Vern Saboe DC (PS: email me or call at 541-231-4528 if you are willing to step up support your profession and become a ICE PAC contributor).
