Thermogenics (was: Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, or Dexatrim?)

Yes, it does. And I use the thermogenics without ill effects... but that's

because I don't care for tea or diet sodas... and I'm not about to give up

caffeine altogether. However... if you were to take ANY of those products IN

ADDITION TO caffeinated beverages, you'd be ODing on the caffeine... BAD

idea.

I also used Ephedra in the past... with no ill effects WHEN I FOLLOWED THE

LABEL RECOMMENDATIONS. The problems come when you take it in addition to

caffeine, or in excess of the recommended amount, for the most part.

Unfortunately, Ephedra was also one of the most effective

decongestant/bronchodilators in existence. It's sad to see something

beneficial banned because people can't use it responsibly.

Dexatrim?

On that note, would you say that ThermoDynamix falls into this group

too? Just wondered - I don't take it anymore either.
