MAke sure you're doing all the basics: water, gut bugs, COPs, etc and I would decrease your dosage of the remedies. Some emunctory is not functioning optimally. How are your BMs?

Hello everyone,

Since I am taking the Unda teleclass I am experimenting on myself. For basic global drainage last month I took 1, 20, 243. At the end of the 3rd week I woke up one morning with the tops of my feet itchy...I thought I had bug bites as there seemed to be raised spots. Plus I had a couple spots on my thighs that were itchy also. Then I took the appropriate week off and the itchy spots seemed to be healing.

A couple days ago I began to take 2, 20, and 258. The very next day I woke up with itchy feet again...like I had bug bites and 2 itchy spots on my arms. This morning I woke up early and could have scratched the tops of my feet right off they were so itchy! It was awful! They calmed down as I got on with the day but after a few hours with nylons on, the tops of my feet became very itchy again.

This must be some sort of drainage. Has anyone heard of this type of extremely terrible itch before and is there anything I can do to relieve the itchiness without hindering what is taking place.

The only other time in my life that I experienced such a terrible itch in that area was when I did in fact get spider bites (I think spider) many years ago and I did scratch to the point of bleeding.

So other than drinking lots of water and suffering through this are there any other insights or comments.

Thank you!
