Good afternoon.

 

The attached CR101 was filed on February 22, 2010 as WSR # 10-06-017 to amend the rule.

 

The current rule title and language for future care contracts is confusing and vague.  Future care contracts require a patient to pay for care to be rendered in the future.  The commission intends to amend the rule to clarify the requirements for future care contracts.  This will provide chiropractors and the public with clear guidelines so they can proceed with services.
