Guest guest
An Oregon employee of a Washington Company while driving a company vehicle is rear ended in Oregon by a Washington insured driver, and Company controller admits they have Oregon W/C, but wants me to go with third party auto liability carrier billing ( Farmers, accepts responsibility, but I have to wait for payment until settlement). Employee doesn't want to make waves as he is hoping for a big promotion soon. What would you do? R Johansen D.C.
