In that case, a double thenar,i.e. bilateral contact, or more specific, double pisiform contact, patient prone into forward drop headpiece, over C4-C5 or C6-C7, which ever is most prominent, and thrust into cocked headpiece. Check within 24 hours for response. Adjust again, if indicated, 3 to 5 days later to allow for recovery of soft tissue. Symptoms may abate 2 to 3 weeks following corrective care.
