Docs,

A long time ago, I signed-up for Chiro Appointment, a service that advertises my

clinic and charges for phone calls over 30 seconds. They are now called Yext

Chiropractic.

Here's the problem; I was charged $40 a call for 2 calls from east coast

numbers. These calls were recordings and left voice mail of this recording

(therefore they were over 30 seconds in length). When I called to remedy this,

it took 4 days to reach someone and then I was told that they would credit my

account, not my card. I want nothing more to do with this company and therefore,

the credit to my Yext account is worthless. I would be losing money every time I

received a recorded call that goes to voice mail because I would have to call

and get a credit to my account. I was told that if I checked my account every

day, I could cancel a charge before it occurs; this too would take too much of

my time and would thus causing me to lose time (=money).

I wold advise any of you to stay away from this service and those of you that

use it......check your account, they have mp3 recordings of each call, chances

are, you have paid for a recording. Lastly, my account was set to only accept

calls in a 5 mile radius.... clearly this setting is BS.
