Guest guest
If there are a lot of people feeling like Lowenhof and Bidmead, would people be interested in developing just the kind of service they suggest? Now seems to be an excellent moment. We need to move on, acknowledge our professional losses and honour the rich tradition that health visiting at its best has always offered. I sense that the current model has lived its life and, being well over 100 years old, needs to be allowed a gracious and natural end. There are too many exciting possibilities ahead to let so much energy be absorbed in artificial resuscitation of a good, but worn out friend. Wouldn't it be great to be at the start of something new?
