I agree with Eve. There isn't much better and non threatening than

caffeine to get the motor running again. A strong coffee, a diet

mountain dew or even some unsweetened iced tea might help the midday

slump. It happens to me too and I'll bet many other members as

well. Most of the other stuff will just drain your wallet. Sugar

free Red Bull isn't bad either but I'm not crazy about the taste, I

just use it for effect. Don't buy stimulants.

Have you tried taking a Vitamin B complex or multivitamin that

includes the Bs? I notice a huge difference in my energy level when I

remember to take my B vitamins regularly. it helps keep your mood

elevated too. :)

As a FT working mom I can relate! I started taking a B50 vitamin

around the same time I started BFL (5 months ago) and I've noticed a

huge difference in both my energy levels and my moods --I am sure

living the BFL way helps too!!
