I think it is still normal to go through some ups and downs and if he has heavy metals, I would consider 7, 40, 44 and maybe 258. Depending on his miasm, he might do better with general gemmo drainers in addition to unda numbers to address extra toxin load. Also consider using a simple anti-inflammatory tincture during his flare ups, it works really well to get arthritis patients through their flare ups. I use 50 % curcumin and 50 % ginger. He can use it every hour to every 2 hours if needed during a flare up and it reduces pain considerably and quickly!!!! Hope this helps.
