People who use nettie pots, do you have pain in sinuses when using

them? I have pain when water hits my sinuses.

How much of this salt do you use per bath? I get generic sea salt

in bulk at Wild Oats for I think less than a dollar a pound about

but I use one cup of salt per bath plus one cup of baking soda. I

buy the grey Celtic brand sea salt for diet though.
