Throat polyps and IAQ problems

Has anyone out there had any problems or know anyone who had been exposed to

mold/poor indoor air quality and developed polyps in their throats? I just

was stopped on the street by someone who reported that 14 employees a small

school in Boston have had this problem and 3-4 have had multiple removals.
