Wheat & gluten sensitivity

Just curious as to what you folks (esp DT) are doing out there

regarding wheat and gluten. If a pt does the blood test Antigliadin

Ab and it comes up negative, would you still have the pt avoid gluten

and how would you explain to the pt why they should avoid it?

Is the salivary or blood anti gliadin ab test more accurate?
