Guest guest
I was disabled by more than a decade of mold exposure in my apartment. An inexperienced landlord-tenant attorney did an incompetent job of representing me (didn't know the relevant personal injury law, for starters) and now I have a malpractice claim I'd like an attorney to handle. (If an attorney were willing to do limited scope representation or legal coaching or a paralegal were willing to help out, that would at least buy me some time to find an attorney to take over). I am in the SF Bay Area so it probably needs to be a California attorney. Can anyone refer me to any lawyers you know are good or who could refer me to someone who is? Any words of wisdom? Anyone have a database of recent mold cases? Selene
Guest guest
Selene, Check the April 5, 2006 post from " snk1955. " It's about a recent case (March 2006) in Calif. where the Jury awarded 2 families $874,000 for mold exposure in rental units. The attorney who handled the case was F.LaFave of the LaFave & Rice Law Firm in San Diego. According to info. online, LaFave has also handled other mold cases, so you may want to contact him. Good Luck. Barb --- Selene B <selenesgroups@...> wrote: > I was disabled by more than a decade of mold > exposure > in my apartment.
