Guest guest
Hello all, I joined this list about a year ago. Want to give you all an update on my health. I'll save you the list of " issues " I had. It suffices to I was dying. Over the previous 12 months (beginning now two years ago) I had gone to 9 doctors and specialists who could see this but who did not know what I had or how to even begin treatment. Until, through a course of events - one being finding this list and the wonderful Dr. Marinkovich - did I begin a road to recovery. After, now, nearly 9 months on antifungals, strictly following a narrow but nutritious diet and a researched combination of supplements - I have to say I am feeling better. My hair is actually growing back much thicker and longer. My nails have cleared up, my liver doesn't ache anymore and my bowels are not so irritated. My energy level is on an upward slope and, well, I don't feel like I am dying. My weight has stabilized to pre-mold days and I have rid myself of the " toxic " edema of (get this) 20+ pounds. I actually have joined a gym (nothing strenuous) and am slowly starting to get back to moving around. I lost some muscle mass due to inactivity and need to build up my body again. I am still HYPER sensitized, still have to be extremely careful of my environments and diet and am watchful to the point of being neurotic, but it has paid off. I still have some days where my joints are inflamed, the headaches and brain fog are intense but at least it is not every day. I hope I gave at least one person on this list some hope for getting out of this mold-hell. Perhaps I might not ever get it back to 100% before I was stricken - but it's a HUGE improvement over last year. BTW - Everything I read on this list a year ago is true... AVOIDANCE TREATMENT DIET It takes a long time to come back from the brink of hell. But it is possible. Love to all Angelika
