Aloha everyone,

I have an interesting case that I would like guidance on. I have more experience using constitutional homeopathy than Undas.

I am treating a 45 year old woman for a chronic fatigue/m.s. picture: morning fatigue, muscle weakness during exercise, joint stiffness, chilliness, and tremors of eyes, lips and neck. In the past 6 months she has complained of insomnia until 1 am, that has improved with melatonin and herbal nervines. She currently doesnt have a stressful life, just past stressful events. Her musculosketal sx has improved with mg citrate.

I tested her urine toxic metals and mercury 31, highly elevated so in the past yr she had her amalgams removed and this wk we are starting oral DMPS chelation. Her ASI revealed high nightime cortisol , low DHEA and maladapted phase II adrenal stress. I prescribed seriphos, thorn phytisone and gentle movement.

1yr ago I recommended a MRI- myelin WNL, although it revealed a 6 mm pineal gland cyst .

'My questions:

1)could the pineal cyst cause low melatonin? The neurologist thought I was off base in thinking so. Have you used nosodes for the pineal gland?

2) Should I start with liver or nervous system Undas?

Thanks,

Thauna Abrin ND Honolulu, HI
