Guest guest
Dr. Wiese: I for one applaud your heartfelt use of a most appropriate word attempting to describe what we all know happens far too often. The term is not implicit as a true 'swear word' which is intended to convey a strong emotional content with a vigorous verbal description indicating contempt while verging on social approbation for being accurate as well as emphatic. Those who do repeatedly engage in what you describe IMHO do not satisfy the classic professional definition. While they do fit the category for "payment for services rendered", and some one IS getting screwed, without a physical sexual act evident the term misses accuracy.....although a convoluted version of an improbable proctological contortion is more accurate. I propose the following illustration as a banner for those you describe. A single descriptor or brief pithy phrase as satisfactory as "insurance whore" remains elusive: Yours in health, J.
