I had a great case and allot of medical damages, as well as property damages.. but that didn't mean much for my case. Cyndi
Guest guest
I agree and I wish I didn't. It has been 3.5 years now since my original nightmare with mold, and still no trial or no settlement offers from my old condo board. They just keep getting away with it, and are even building more. I don't think there is much legal justice anymore. Guest guest
Sadly, It's the truth, without litigation in many cases the landlords/owners would just turn the place over to some unsuspecting indiviual/family and the cycle of illnesses would start all over again. Oh, how I wish there was a simplier way.. -- In , " elvira52 " <Elvira52@...> wrote: > > Judi > > Right Onnnnnnnnn it's the only way, Nothing thing else has worked if we want safety? this is the only guaranty we will have in order to keep a clean environment indoors and out. > > Peace > > Elvira > Re: [] Award bumped to more than $1 million in case of toxic mol... > > > I agree and I wish I didn't.
