I agree and I wish I didn't. It has been 3.5 years

now since my original nightmare with mold, and still

no trial or no settlement offers from my old condo

board. They just keep getting away with it, and are

even building more. I don't think there is much legal

justice anymore.

Right Onnnnnnnnn it's the only way, Nothing thing else has worked if we want

safety? this is the only guaranty we will have in order to keep a clean

environment indoors and out.

Sadly,

It's the truth, without litigation in many cases the

landlords/owners would just turn the place over to some unsuspecting

indiviual/family and the cycle of illnesses would start all over

again.

Oh, how I wish there was a simplier way..
