Guest guest
Hi all I am finally moving out of my apt with mold-infested closets. There are some things I want to put in storage, like original photography work/negatives and some paperwork. What is the best way to do this? Have someone else bag it in large black garbage bags? I am planning on throwing out all my expensive art books and other stuff in the closets, assuming they are covered with mold. Is there any reason I should try to keep these too or am I right in thinking they are lost to mold? I have some that are signed by artists no longer living so they are sentimental, but I could live without them of course. The landlord did extensive testing and insists there is no mold. However, they refuse to show me the report, and they did say my clothes had some sort of fungus on them. They won't specify though. I am too tired for a long legal fight and just want to move on. I do know that I react when I open the closets, and if I do, I usually have insomnia that night. Any suggestions? Thanks
