Guest guest Posted April 22, 2006 Report Share Posted April 22, 2006 I have a worker's comp case pending and OSHA has just finished with my building inspection and is meeting with my school district on Monday to discuss their findings. I thought I read that I'm entitled as well as my lawyer to attend that closing conference. The OSHA guy says no. Anyone know for sure it the person who filed the original complaint can attend this closing conference. I believe I can but would like to hear from others.
