No. It is not conventional to operate unless you have a clear

diagnosis of what is going on. My pulmunary doctor gave me 10 mg of

singulair to take at night and 5 mg of clarinex to take in the day

time. He stated that this regiment would shrink the polyps if

caused by allegens. If the polyps did not shrink, then the next

step would be to biopsy the polyps to rule out other things of which

would be sarcoidosis. It turned out that I had sarcoidosis. You

probably would want to seek care with an ENT doctor. If it is due

to allergies, singulair air would probably be an alternative to

steroids - discuss this option with your doctor. My prescription

was not expensive for singulair air and clarinex.

his nose and one actually popped out when he blew his nose. Ugh.

They don't operate on them any more unless they have to and we have

no insurance. He is supposed to use a steroid nose spray but that is

$100 and he doesn't want to use steroids. Any one have any good

ideas?

Hey , Polyps everything you want to know about them. They are just little

A colon polyp is a growth on the surface of the colon, also called the large intestine.

Colon polyps can be raised or flat.

Some colon polyps are benign, which means they are not cancer.

Some types of polyps may already be cancer or can become cancer. Flat polyps can be smaller and harder to see and are more likely to be cancer than raised polyps.

Most people with colon polyps do not have symptoms.

Symptoms may include constipation or diarrhea for more than a week or blood on your underwear, on toilet paper, or in your stool.

Doctors remove most colon polyps and test them for cancer.

Talk with your doctor about getting tested for colon polyps if you’re 50 years of age or older, or earlier if you have symptoms or someone in your family has had polyps or colon cancer.

Here is the information link to go to about the polyps

Hi Teri, thanks!yikes, I did not know that the WBC being this low would be kicking my immune system down so much. Hopefully they don't get any lower! I hope the RBC stay where they are so they are just at the low end of okay. The hemoglobin (HGB) is 11.2, which I was told was okay, and as long as it does not go below 10 is okay? I was told below 10 it is dangerous.I was tested for hemorrhoids turns out I did not have them, as I had a colonoscopy which came out good meaning no hemorrhoids were found. They want me to have another soon. They mentioned something with a P like polyis (which is like hemorrhoids) or something like that, but was nothing to worry about. When I go to the bathroom #2 and clean there is blood when I clean. Sorry did not know how to say that nicer.thanks!ny
