Guest guest
Hi all, Well, after commenting to someone just last week that free day NEVER makes me sick, I have to eat my words. I ate really, really, really clean for three whole weeks and didn't have a free day, just 2 free meals a week, and then this Saturday I had a free day that went like this... 1. Protein, yoghurt 2. Butter chicken curry w rice 3. Packet of caramel popcorn 4. Italian Potluck dinner (pasta, cheese, risotto, tiramisu, icecream etc etc) 5. Magnum icecream and 4 pieces chocolate fudge. Then I had a night which involved being awake and feeling sick a lot. Blah. Well, it only took me 5 years, but it finally happened! heh. I consider it a good thing. Oh, and in the three weeks, I've dropped 4kg (approx 9lbs). Yay for breastfeeding! Of course, I don't expect that kind of rate to continue, but it's a nice start. Guest guest
Point taken Before I said I wouldn't have free meals...I would do the whole day...I changed that. First off I never feel like being free all day and secondly I had 4 beers on friday night and felt like CRUD on saturday *blech* > Hi all, > > Well, after commenting to someone just last week that free day NEVER > makes me sick, I have to eat my words.
