Guest guest
Hey ! GREAT job on the first 4 weeks. You can really see the muscles popping out in your arms, abs, and legs already! I think you should keep on trucking with the basic BFL plan since it is working so well for you, but maybe change out your weight training exercises or rotate between two or three different types of cardio a bit to keep from being bored. You are going to have an excellent set of After pictures! Where in FL are you? I'm in Orlando. Keep up the great work! Maggie
Guest guest
Wow! The definition in your abs and legs has really improved. I wouldn't change your focus at all. Whatever you're doing right now is seriously working. :-) Four Week Results Well, I am happy with my four week results!! Here are my stats: Weight: Before 120lbs Now 118lbs 2 lbs lost Chest: Before 33.5 " Now 32 " 1.5 " lost Neck: Before 12 " Now 12 " 0 " lost Bicept: Before 10 " Now 9.75 " .25 " lost Forearm: Before 8.25 " Now 8 " .25 " lost Waist: Before 30.25 " Now 27 " 3.25 " lost Hips: Before 36 " Now 35 " 1 " lost Thigh: Before 21 " Now 19.50 1.5 " lost Calf: Before 13 " Now 12.5 " .5 lost The link to my before and after pictures on bfltracker is: http://body-for-life-tracker.com/searchprofile.cfm?id=5766 My question is, after these results, what should I focus on for the next 4 weeks? I was getting into the four-week rut before today, my day off. I have really splurged today since I think I deserved it. ) I'll take any advice you can give. Thanks!! Guest guest
and Maggie, Thanks for the encouragment. I am feeling really good. I just hope I can stick to everything for the next 8 weeks. It seems so long but I am just going to take it in 4-week increments and pretend I am starting all over. The best incentive that I have right now is that I pig out on my free day. If I didn't have that, I don't know what I would do. ) > Wow! The definition in your abs and legs has really improved. I wouldn't change your focus at all. Guest guest
Hey Maggie. Thanks! I live up near ville. I was in Orlando for a year back when I went to UCF. I realized that I like to visit for vacations and stuff but it is way too crowded to live there, for me at least. ) Theilacker Directory 411 http://www.geocities.com/dtheilack_99/ A Place For All Your Shopping Needs Re: Four Week Results Hey !
