Nope...if the right link is used to get to the sign up page, they

assume you are a returning member and you automatically get the $19.95

/ year price. I just signed up at that bonus price, and will be

cancelling my current $2.99/week account this Wednesday when my

initial 4 weeks are up.

You don't You have to be an existing member though and I joined last week. So I

called today said I received the email from them and they signed me up!
