GO LYDIA! I knew you'd be back in full swing... and just as another hurricane is

approaching.... dang!!! my parents live in delray bch, and are actually boarding

tommorow.... AGAIN. My dad said there were gas lines today!!! I feel like

yelling out

to " Jeanne " , like that nutty susan powter used to: " Stop the insanity! " I feel

like

yelling that a lot of times, actually. She is a little cuckoo in her delivery,

but the

message is pretty solid... I heard on tv once yell something like " JUST TRY

EATING A

FREAKIN' APPLE, PEOPLE!!! " But I digress... So lydia, good work, keep it up, we

are here

for you, tell your freecycle partner to chill, and work a little

anti-hurricane-dance into

your cardio....

I hear ya Lydia. I didn't workout on Wednesday cuz I was just SO

TIRED. I also didn't want to work out last night either but I forced

myself and I got in 50 min of The Firm and then I cleaned up walnuts

from the stupid tree in my back yard. I hate walnuts, they make a

mess and they stink! They also turn the water in my pool black
