Any conscientious perfumer will already be keeping meticulous PIP records to conform to this, plus application from the excellent Watts.....plus full expose of their breakdown in packaging within the law...... the grey area (sorry) is all these wonderful tincture making.......which if one is going to use for marketable use to the public will have to be fully analysed and looked into if one is going to use and conform in marketing a product ( which includes writing off of the perfume - which in turn is expense again ) Bummer I know but that's bureacracy for you.
