Come to think of it the address of the perfumer who supplied the sample (offered on this list) was in S.F., I think. I don't use synthetics either, but found the sample a useful comparison with what someone experienced who does use them in combination with naturals can come up with. The intent there was not strictly to make a replica either, I don't think, but something related. Anyway, I do apologize for the misleading comments about your work, JoAnne.
