Hard boiled egg/egg whites (1 whole egg, 3-4 egg whites) fruit Low fat string cheese, fruit WW bread, any kind of meat, veggies WW pita, same as above CC, 1/2 serving vanilla yogurt, berries Do you have access to a microwave? I just make 4-6 servings of meals and then bring leftovers in. Colleen

Guest guest
I make a homemade protein bar that is easy to make in large batches and can be kept for a week or so and eaten with or without refrigeration. I think they're pretty good but tastes vary. It is basically any kind of blended protein powder (whey doesnt seem to work too well), oatmeal, dried fruit, cinnimon and a little bit of natural peanut butter. Also, egg white/oatmeal pancakes are super easy and portable to eat on the run. Those are my two staples for when I'm traveling, etc. Also I will carry almonds with me to snack on or the occasional meal replacement powder/drink. And, truth be told, I always keep one sugar free protein bar with me. Whole, real food is 1000x times better but I think it's better than not eating. Opinions may vary on that Hope that helps J > OK guys I am coming over from Atkins/Low carb which I can snack on > pretty easily. BFL seems to be a bit harder for me. Guest guest
I have become addicted to the cottage cheese snack packs with the fruit on one side and cheese on the other. They are so tasty!
