's accountability - Wed 9/22

WORKOUT: none

note: all meals from eDiets

MEAL 1: Fortified Cinnamon French Toast

MEAL 2: Almond Bliss (protein pudding)

MEAL 3: Tuna Apple Salad

MEAL 4: Cottage Cheese, peach

MEAL 5: Shrimp & Pasta salad (whole wheat and quinoa pasta)

MEAL 6: skipped

BAD: No workout. Still not getting up on time. Skipped meal six. It

was late, I was tired, I wasn't all that hungry.

GOOD: No cheating! Managed to cut my huge caffeine consumption in

half - had only three lattes today. No " office coffee. " Followed that

up with buckets of water.

hey laura, just to mention, lattes are like about 150 calories each, (depending

on

size....) so they'll add up. But, on the good side, the " office coffee " , I

assume is black,

and won't hurt your calorie deficit. I must add that I have a love affair with

cappucino..... so I would never tell you to stop drinking your coffee drinks,

but just so

you are aware that they do count. :)

Yeah, I know. boo. actually, it's more than that, cuz I get large ones. I'm

slowly trying to cut down....
