Guest guest Posted September 23, 2004 Report Share Posted September 23, 2004 WORKOUT: none note: all meals from eDiets MEAL 1: Fortified Cinnamon French Toast MEAL 2: Almond Bliss (protein pudding) MEAL 3: Tuna Apple Salad MEAL 4: Cottage Cheese, peach MEAL 5: Shrimp & Pasta salad (whole wheat and quinoa pasta) MEAL 6: skipped BAD: No workout. Still not getting up on time. Skipped meal six. It was late, I was tired, I wasn't all that hungry. GOOD: No cheating! Managed to cut my huge caffeine consumption in half - had only three lattes today. No " office coffee. " Followed that up with buckets of water. But, on the good side, the " office coffee " , I assume is black, and won't hurt your calorie deficit. I must add that I have a love affair with cappucino..... so I would never tell you to stop drinking your coffee drinks, but just so you are aware that they do count. -jojo > GOOD: No cheating!
