Please add Pennsylvania next to New york on the list of states that must adopt

that bill.

There needs to be a law against these inadequate settlements. Its

wrong for them to not be able to receive compensation. Legal fees

should be proportional to time spent, and the injured should receive

at least 2/3 of any settlement.. preferably more.

medical costs should be separated and paid to the sufferers on top of

the pain and suffering damages..

Just FYI,

>New York needs to adopt a law like California's Toxic Mold

Protection Act, which forces insurers to offer mold coverage and

says home sellers must disclose previous water or mold problems to

potential buyers.

Out here in California the " Toxic Mold Protection Act " IS NOT ACTUALLY

IN EFFECT yet, and when or if it ever is funded, and 'activated'

whatever that means - it actually seems to give away more than it

gains mold victims.. IMO.

Its a bad law written with the building and realty industries

interests in mind much more than the people who have been wronged.

Its filled with Catch 22's.. seriously..
