Hi . The Emu bird makes emu oil. They have to kill the bird to get

the oil. However, it's very good. Just have to be careful who you buy it

from since it is expensive and often mixed with water which will cause the

oil to go rancid quicker than it should. A good, high quality and well

processed emu oil should have a shelf life of a year. Also organic emu oil

is preferable since many toxins are stored in the fat cells,
