Guest guest
i highly wouldn't recommend 'supplements' of ANY form, including Xpel (I just did a search on the ingredients of this specific product, and it's main ingredient is GUaRANA - the 'natural' form of the banned Ephedrene) this product is nothing but an ephedrene by-product, and will the results will be very temporary, if any at all. I'm shocked at the notes i've been reading about it. This product hasn't even been approved by the FDA. Rather than wasting your money on Xpel, just drink 4 litres of coffee - it's the exact same effect - and just as temporary. You won't loose 20 lbs in 12 hours. hahahaha. We all wish though .. This topic has been floating around this community heavily over the past week. IF you're worried about water retention, you might want to try a completely natural resort - Best bet would be dandilion Root. It comes in a tea form, and it works like a charm. Dandilion is a blood and kidney cleaner and tonic, as well can be used as a general cleansing stimulant for the liver. Just make sure you buy the pure substance, and not in tab form. You can brew it like tea. HEre's a quick link i found on google - you should do more reading to find out more http://www.diagnose-me.com/treat/T130572.html Just remember - you body requires water to survive. Dehydration can occur quickly without realization. Another route would be increasing your water intake. I personally have seen amazing results with just increasing my water intake to 6 litres a day. I find this is the best solution. Best of luck though ... Just make sure you research ANYTHING before you purchase. // >From: " the sweet thing " <gina_bond@...> >Reply- > >Subject: Xpel anyone ever try it? >Date: Sun, 22 Aug 2004 17:08:53 -0000 > >Hello ladies members!!! > >I'm wondering if anyone have try Xpel a pill water retention or hear >about it.
