Guest guest
Thanks ! I'm excited - really gets me motivated to do HIIT tonight even tho I am feeling tired and my legs are sore! Oh yeah, I feel great and my clothes look better - I even wore a pair of jeans this past weekend that I haven't worn in a while! > HOORAY! HOORAY! Guest guest
Great job! I would do your measurements and body fat in the morning if at all possible. I may be the only one who spazzes over millimeters, but people get bigger as the day goes on. Your abdomen will be smaller without six meals in it. Your skin fold measurements will be tighter before your workout and gallon of water, etc. You're obviously doing great. I just want to make sure your measurements show it. :-) Lost poundage! I so happy to report for the past 2 weeks I have lost 1.5lbs each week!!! 3lb gone... So I'm right on track to lose 18-20lb this challenge! 2 weeks down! I will do measurements and body fat testing w/ my calipers tonight! ~Nanci
