Maybe I won't do wheat-free for the whole challenge because it is tricky sometimes, but a BIG thank you to Skwigg for the lean out/swell up menu, because I took that advice and lost 5lbs of nasty bloated water weight in one week (hopefully some of it was fat!) and about 2 inches off my waist... apparently that's where I store water, like a camel. * WHERE CAN I READ ABOUT THIS LEAN OUT/SWELL UP THINGY?
