zone (including free meals). Maybe I won't do wheat-free for the

whole challenge because it is tricky sometimes, but a BIG thank you

to Skwigg for the lean out/swell up menu, because I took that advice

and lost 5lbs of nasty bloated water weight in one week (hopefully

some of it was fat!) and about 2 inches off my waist... apparently

that's where I store water, like a camel.

* WHERE CAN I READ ABOUT THIS LEAN OUT/SWELL UP THINGY? I could use

to lose 5lb of ANYTHING!

challenge this week?

* I'M WITH YOU! I'm on week 2 of my 12 week challenge - I even

officially entered with EAS. LET'S GO!!!!

* NOTE TO ALL: my goal is I will be a size 6 at Christmas!
