Howdy Everyone!

I've been reading about everyone posting their accountability, and I

really do love the idea. I'm determined to join you guys!

Not only am I copying Lydia by using my site and my blog to post my

menus, I also ripped off by taking a picture of one of my

meals. I'm sure she won't mind )

Yo Ruth - I noticed that u are I are both capricorns (Jan 5th) and

PRINCE FANS!!! OH yah, I love me some Prince baby!!!! I'm also

totally stuck in the 80s...i don't have big hair right now but I know

Oh my gosh, I don't even like seafood at all but your picture of
