Eat clean. Go easy on free days or free meals.

Work upper body and whatever else your feet can stand or you can do

seated. Instead of dumbbells head for the nautilus machines if you

belong to a gym. You don't have to sit still, just work around it.

Sorry to hear about your foot! My advice would be to stick with BFL

eating plan and I think you will still see some results, or stay the

same. But I don't think you would gain anything back. I have to take

time off occasionally due to plantar fasciitis (sp?) and I know that

the times I do and am successful are the times I have made a

conscious effort to stay on plan 100% with my eating.
