Guest guest
Good luck, ! P.S. I cut off the post, since it WAS pretty long, LOL " Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming 'Wow - what a Ride!' Guest guest
Yay for !!! You will succeed, I know it. Your challenge one pix were such a motivation for me so I wish you nothing but the best! As for night shift, I eat every 2-3 hours that I am awake. My body won't let me go much more then that. I always bring extra good food to work so that if I am having hunger pains I am not tempted by jello and digestive cookies LOL. Generally I bring 2 meals and a shake, I try to eat as close to going to work as I can because I ofetn don't stop moving for 3-4 hours after getting there. I think the rule of thumb to follow is eat every 2-3 hours.
Guest guest
Geez, it sounds like you've been through H-E-double hockey sticks with this teeth/gum stuff. I hope that all works out for you. Good luck, . Those are great reasons to get in shape, but make sure you do it for yourself too. Glad to have you back. Jen
