Yay for !!!

You will succeed, I know it. Your challenge one pix were such a

motivation for me so I wish you nothing but the best!

As for night shift, I eat every 2-3 hours that I am awake. My body

won't let me go much more then that. I always bring extra good food

to work so that if I am having hunger pains I am not tempted by jello

and digestive cookies LOL.

Generally I bring 2 meals and a shake, I try to eat as close to going

to work as I can because I ofetn don't stop moving for 3-4 hours

after getting there. I think the rule of thumb to follow is eat every

2-3 hours.

Geez, it sounds like you've been through H-E-double hockey sticks

with this teeth/gum stuff. I hope that all works out for you.

Good luck, . Those are great reasons to get in shape, but

make sure you do it for yourself too. Glad to have you back.
