Guest guest
I 'm wondering about the 'counting calories' part of the two oils, I hear you dont have to count the calories of Flaxseed oil in the the overall calories, but can you do that same with olive oil which I have been using more...or should I count the calories in the olive oil??- Barbara
Guest guest
Olive oil is a healthy fat but it doesn't have the same impact on metabolism as flax oil. The olive oil calories definitely count. Guest guest
You're going to get a lot of different answers with questions like this... but to me, BFL is not about counting calories at all. It's about estimating... with the palm/fist method. If I had to count calories, I'd quit pretty fast. I am just NOT mathematically inclined. Kudos to those who are... but that'll NEVER be me! : ) I guess that didn't really answer your question... basically what I was trying to say is some of us don't count calories... so don't feel weird if you don't want to bother with that.
