Guest guest Posted September 10, 2004 Report Share Posted September 10, 2004 Hello all. I am having fun working out (whew!) and trying to adapt this new way of life to mine. At first I thought it much stricter than what I have seen on the bodyforlife website. I was on there today looking at 'authorized' recipes and wondered about how some of them can be so cause they seem to be so good or sinful. Also on potatoes. I thought for a low carb version low carb might be a no-no? Even though in the book potatoes were said to be one of the favourites for 'diet' foods. Oh, and I notice this diet is pretty much a low fat way of life but is it to be considered low carb also or is that just for those who chose to go that way. Last question...has anyone tried the carbcountdown milk and chocolate milk? I think it is delicious (sp?) but am not sure if drinking it is acceptable or? Anyone's thoughts?
