Guest guest
Dear All: In some posts people ask about contacting Bullock. Below is a link to HOBB's website and the Bullock story. Janet Ahmad, National President of HomeOwners for Better Building attended the trial daily with Ms. Bullock nearly two years ago. Janet Ahmad could help you contact the law firm. But remember, there are very few on this group (if any) who have this type of money and can afford to take a builder to trial. There are many good attorneys who do construction litigation and mold claims. Unfortunately, many charge by the hour and you are looking at a very large amount of money to retain an attorney and pursue a case. At HOBB we continue to fight for the consumer through lobbying and getting better legislation. We are still committed to a Federal Home Buyer's Lemon Law among other items. But, mold victims desperately need affordable (possibly free) legal representation so that the average person can fight, just like Bullock, a bad builder who causes the problems leading to mold.
