Her hubby is trying to " heal the breach " and is asking for my advice here, since I've done so much with the BFL program (and am now going to work on getting personal trainer certified). I guess she's been told by her dr. that it is now ok for her to start working out and she and her husband want to start slowly. I want to recommend BFL to both of them (as I love it so much!) but I was wondering if there is something that I should say to watch out for. Like certain types of ab exercises? I know that she needs to eat a certain way because of breast feeding, but I figured the workouts would be a great starting point for both of them.
