Hmmm . . . no help here, but I had to chime in because I'd heard no more

than 2 servings a week (from the local news). Either way, 3 oz. a day is

probably a little much from the mercury standpoint, but I would also

think it's more critical for kids (hopefully someone with more knowledge

of mercury and its effects on an adult will confirm or debunk this).

My $0.02. Well, probably $0.01 in terms of usefulness. ;o)

Tuna Fish Question

I was flipping through a book that my mom had at her house today and it

said

that you should not eat more than one can of tuna a week because of the

high

levels of mercury. I am eating 3 oz a day. Anyone have any information

on

this? It makes me a little concerned.

Oh! And for those who like to put in their 2¢ worth (from a PC, not a Mac)

the keyboard shortcut to make the ¢ symbol is alt+0162 on the calculator

keypad. (Won't work with the numbers across the top of the keyboard)

Thanks for the website. That was helpful. Since I can't eat tuna everyday,

anyone have any other sandwich suggestions? Obviously I have enough carbs,

just need the protein. THANKS!
